Our organization offers an extensive array of interventions, including a Needle and Syringe Programme, harm reduction strategies, psycho-social support, detoxification services, rehabilitation programs, opioid substitution therapy (OST) prescribing, and a variety of aftercare and employment support services. We adopt a collaborative approach, engaging both statutory and non-statutory organizations to enhance choices and achieve positive outcomes for individuals utilizing our services.
Successful candidates will be required to provide three years of professional references and, if applicable, undergo an enhanced DBS check.
As a Service Supervisor at We Are With You, you will embody a solution-oriented mindset, demonstrating professionalism, resilience, and dynamism. A position has opened for a Service Supervisor to oversee our Recovery Workers, primarily focusing on supporting individuals in need.
The ideal candidate will possess a proactive attitude towards working in a fast-paced environment, with a dedication to delivering impactful services to those who seek assistance. This will be achieved by guiding and supporting our committed team of Recovery Workers. Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting the management team in fulfilling contracted service obligations
- Effectively promoting the services and mission of We Are With You
- Leading the staff within the service to ensure they are well-informed, motivated, and aligned with the strategic objectives of the organization, fostering a cohesive and supportive culture.
