Senior Finance Manager - Financial Reporting

Health Jobs UK is seeking a highly skilled Senior Finance Manager to join our team in Woking, Surrey, United Kingdom. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for leading financial reporting and analysis, ensuring accurate and timely financial information is provided to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead financial reporting and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and improve financial performance
  • Manage and motivate a team of finance professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure successful delivery of financial objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication of financial information
  • Stay up-to-date with changing financial regulations and industry trends, ensuring compliance and best practices
Requirements:
  • Professional accountancy qualification (CCAB) and masters-level education or equivalent experience
  • Extensive knowledge of financial systems, including SBS Oracle ledger system
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret complex financial data
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to negotiate with senior stakeholders
  • Experience of managing budgets and financial resources, with ability to prioritize and allocate resources effectively
