As a Homes Based Senior Building Surveyor, you will have the freedom to manage clients and plan your own diary to suit your needs. Our ideal candidate will have a good mix of experience in Pre Acquisition and Project work, with a strong background in Industrial, Commercial, and Residential projects. Your responsibilities will include working with a diverse range of clients, from small-scale residential projects to large-scale commercial developments. You will be responsible for conducting site visits, assessing property conditions, and providing expert advice to clients.
