Customer Service Coordinator

Red Source Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Service and Returns: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and website service page, and resolve delivery issues, item returns, and spare parts.
  • Courier Liaison: Liaise with couriers to resolve delivery issues and ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Spare Parts: Respond to customer spare part inquiries, price-up spare orders, and prepare spare part quotes and sales orders.
Requirements:
  • Education: Good basic level of education (i.e., schooling or further education)
  • Experience: At least 2 years' experience in customer service-related roles, with B2B customer service experience preferred
  • Skills: Good communication and numeracy skills, computer skills, self-discipline, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
