About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our site-based team at iQ Student Accommodation. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the students who stay with us always feel at home.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carrying out minor repairs on our sites, including plumbing, joinery, and painting and decorating.
  • Interacting with students to make a difference to their day-to-day lives.
  • Providing safe and welcoming homes for our residents, including compliance checks and keeping up to date with our policies and procedures.
What We're Looking For

We're looking for a positive, team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You'll have some experience in maintenance or as a general builder/labourer, and excellent communication skills. You'll be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have a can-do attitude.
