This role is responsible for ensuring UK and international corporation and indirect tax compliance, including preparation and management of outsourced compliance. The successful candidate will also be involved in advisory work, supporting the Head of Tax on M&A, tax audits, transfer pricing, and other projects as required.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage and prepare UK and international corporation tax compliance, including outsourced compliance
  2. Oversee international indirect tax compliance, ensuring accurate and timely submissions
  3. Coordinate cash tax payments and maintain accurate records
  4. Collaborate with the Head of Tax on M&A, tax audits, transfer pricing, and other advisory work
