**National Teaching Assistant Programme**

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Teaching Assistant on our National Teaching Assistant Programme. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the education and development of children and young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the teacher in the classroom, assisting with lesson planning and delivery
  • Work with children and young people with SEND, providing individualized support and care
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with children, young people, and colleagues
  • Contribute to the creation of a safe and inclusive learning environment
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training to enhance your skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Be compassionate, understanding, and caring
