Courier - Package Delivery Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Courier to join our team at FedEx. As a Courier, you will be responsible for delivering packages to our customers in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent FedEx in a professional and courteous manner when interacting with customers.
  • Operate company vehicles safely and legally, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
  • Ensure that all packages are delivered to the correct location, on time, and in good condition.
  • Follow all FedEx Health and Safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.

Requirements:

  • Valid driving license for the type of vehicle assigned.
  • 2+ years of commercial driving experience.
  • Basic geographical knowledge.
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to work independently.
