As a Volunteer Receptionist/Administrator, you play a vital role in offering a friendly and inviting atmosphere for those accessing our services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing reception tasks, including greeting visitors and handling phone inquiries.
  • Performing administrative duties such as organizing files, maintaining records, and copying documents.
  • Assisting in the collection and entry of service-related data.
  • Utilizing local and national databases effectively.

Additionally, participation in team discussions and undertaking various tasks to meet the service's needs will be expected.

A solid understanding of common IT applications (such as Microsoft Office and Outlook) and attention to detail are essential for this role.
