Coordinador de Clientes - £24,500

Horario - 7:30am-4:30pm O 8:30am-5:30pm de lunes a viernes.

Responsabilidades del puesto:

  • Aceptar y procesar órdenes de trabajo
  • Construir relaciones sólidas con un número limitado de clientes a nivel nacional y gestionar sus cargas de trabajo y consultas
  • Programar trabajos reactivos
  • Brindar apoyo a los operativos
  • Elaborar RAMS
  • Establecer relaciones con ingenieros de campo

Requisitos necesarios:

  • Un historial comprobado en un rol similar
  • Fuertes habilidades informáticas y capacidad para aprender nuevos sistemas
  • Excelente atención al detalle
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación e interpersonales
  • Capacidad para priorizar tareas y cargas de trabajo
