Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage our culinary team to ensure exceptional customer service and quality standards.
  • Develop and implement menus that showcase local flavors and ingredients.
  • Manage food safety and hygiene practices to ensure a clean and safe environment for our guests.
  • Monitor and control food costs to maintain profitability.
  • Collaborate with our hospitality team to ensure seamless service delivery.
