Reporting to the Contract Manager, you will be responsible for handling a range of planned and reactive tasks, including:

  • Carrying out routine maintenance and repairs to building fabric
  • Responding to emergency calls and resolving issues promptly
  • Collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of services

As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, develop your skills and expertise, and contribute to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Performing routine maintenance and repairs to building fabric, including electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems
  • Responding to emergency calls and resolving issues promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to clients
  • Collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of services, including communication with clients and stakeholders
  • Participating in continuous professional development to stay up-to-date with industry best practices and technologies

Requirements:

  • Relevant trade qualifications and experience in building fabric maintenance
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, as required
