Key Responsibilities
- Deliver expert advice and innovative solutions to enhance soil and crop health, focusing on sustainable practices and advanced agricultural techniques.
- Act as the trusted advisor for growers, offering personalized advice and support to become their go-to resource for all soil and crop health matters.
- Have a deep knowledge of soil and plant health, nutrition, and biology to improve agricultural outcomes and promote sustainable farming practices.
- Pursue opportunities for growth through a personalized approach, including one-on-one consultations and group meetings, to understand and meet growers' needs effectively.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience working with professional growers and a strong understanding of the agricultural industry.
