Parts Advisor Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Parts Advisor to join our team at Command Recruitment. As a key member of our aftersales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences and ensuring the smooth operation of our parts department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Taking sales orders from customers and processing them efficiently
  • Managing stock levels and maintaining an organized stock room
  • Liaising with internal teams to ensure accurate stock levels and timely deliveries
  • Raising invoices for parts sold and monitoring stock levels
Requirements:
  • Organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to learn and use specialist computer-based systems
  • Desire to provide exceptional customer experiences
  • Previous parts experience and stock control experience an advantage
What We Offer:
  • Competitive salary with uncapped OTE circa £28,000
  • Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm with alternate Saturdays
  • Approachable management policy and great company culture
  • Monthly departmental bonus scheme and annual profit share scheme
