About the Role
Cygnet Health Care is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our team at Cygnet Hospital Oldbury. As a Bank Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our service users.
Job Summary
Cygnet Hospital Oldbury is a state-of-the-art PICU & Acute hospital for women, located in the West Midlands. The service will feature two wards: a 12-bed PICU ward and a 15-bed Acute ward. As a Bank Nurse, you will work closely with the management team to develop the service, audit, and improve quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce outstanding written reports based on your nursing assessments and observations
- Work closely with the management team to develop the service, audit, and improve quality
- Attend all training and engage in CPD to further knowledge and promote nursing
- Under NMC guidelines, ensure that individual care plans are complete and maintained collectively with residents, relatives, and other healthcare professionals
- Administer medicines within healthcare procedure and Healthcare Commission guidelines
