Key Responsibilities:

  • Review the daily testing schedule and check communications for specific assignments.
  • Coordinate the setup of system tests, both mechanical and electrical.
  • Conduct data acquisition and execute tests with a focus on safety and consistency.
  • Diagnose test failures and collaborate with engineering to determine the best course of action.
  • Provide feedback on the rework process.
  • Perform additional tasks as directed by supervisors and management.
  • Collaborate with teams involved in new product development, offering insights on testing processes for their projects.
  • Engage with personnel across all levels of the company, as well as customers and suppliers, with respect and professionalism.

In accordance with job requirements, adhere to the Company's ISO Quality Program, policies, safety and environmental regulations, and relevant testing standards.

Regularly consult with supervisors and/or manufacturing process engineers regarding opportunities for enhancing testing processes and facilities.

Accountable for fulfilling the weekly testing schedule and ensuring instrumentation/system calibration.



Minimum Qualifications:
  • Electrical Inspection Certification is preferred.
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in systems assembly within a manufacturing setting is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel.
  • Strong communication skills are essential.

Essential Competencies:
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively on both daily and strategic levels.
  • Capability to interpret mechanical and electrical schematics.
  • Practical mechanical and/or electrical aptitude with demonstrated problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and autonomously.
  • Flexibility regarding work hours, including potential shifts.
  • Clear and accurate communication with engineering personnel regarding testing issues.
  • Organized and focused with a strong sense of urgency to meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in reading and operating precision measuring instruments.

Working Pattern:
Monday to Friday day shifts (may require occasional work outside of these hours).

Hourly Rate:
Up to £18.00
