Marketing Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Marketing Assistant to join our Marketing team at Arnold Clark Group. As a Marketing Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our marketing executives in delivering innovative marketing campaigns and activities.
Key Responsibilities- Support Marketing Executives: Collaborate with our marketing executives to develop and implement marketing campaigns, both online and offline.
- Idea Generation: Contribute to the generation of new ideas for marketing campaigns, leveraging your analytical mindset and creativity.
- Customer Experience: Ensure that the customer experience is at the forefront of our marketing activities, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Data Analysis: Utilize tools such as Google Analytics and CRM data to track and report on our marketing performance, identifying areas for improvement.
- SEO and Digital Experience: Implement the basics of SEO across our content and suggest ways to improve our customers' digital experience.
- Email and Landing Page Development: Work with web designers to create engaging email campaigns and landing pages that drive results.
- Stakeholder Management: Serve as the first point of contact in Marketing for our branches, providing support and guidance on how to make Arnold Clark easier to do business with.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with marketing executives, internal stakeholders, and external partners to deliver marketing campaigns and activities.
