About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Test Centre Associate to join our team at the Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA) programme. As a Senior Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the integrity and compliance of each individual test, while providing exceptional customer service to our candidates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and invigilate tests to ensure the integrity and compliance of each individual test
  • Deliver site opening and/or closing procedures to ensure a smooth and efficient testing process
  • Coach and support Test Centre Associates to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively
  • Review test centre schedules to identify potential issues and develop solutions to ensure the smooth delivery of tests
  • Notify the DVSA HR team of employee absences to ensure alternative cover can be arranged
  • Provide management support to the Test Centre Manager as required
  • Handle and report incidents that could impact candidate testing in line with our incident management procedures
Requirements
  • Experience of leading or supervising a team
  • Full UK driving licence (although driving will not be required for all locations)
  • Significant demonstrable experience in providing high-quality customer service
  • Flexible in working hours and days, including evenings and Saturdays
