We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Customer Service Administrator to join our team at Jark PLC. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing new orders, and maintaining accurate records.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Process new orders by phone and email in a timely and efficient manner
* Deal with current customer enquiries in a professional and courteous manner
* Take card payments and follow up on sales leads/new customer enquiries
* Maintain accurate records and deal with all customer service issues as required
* Chase late deliveries and deal with any order discrepancies
* Liaise with the accounts department to rectify outstanding account queries
* Raise paperwork on returned items
**Requirements:**
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Proficient in using computer software and systems
**What We Offer:**
* Competitive salary up to £24,000
