Position Overview

Avidity Science is seeking a dedicated HR Administrative Support Specialist to enhance our dynamic EMEA team.

This role presents a unique opportunity to be a pivotal member of our HR function, working closely with the Head of HR.

Key Responsibilities

Reporting directly to the Head of HR EMEA, your primary duties will include:

  • Assisting in the daily operations of the HR department within our innovative Life and Biomedical Sciences organization.
  • Providing comprehensive HR support to employees across the EMEA region, with opportunities to engage in global HR projects.
  • Serving as a reliable resource for all HR-related inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
  • Maintaining both physical and digital employee records and databases.
  • Supporting the recruitment process, which includes job postings, candidate evaluations, interview scheduling, and participation in career events.
  • Facilitating talent development initiatives by organizing training sessions for staff.
  • Overseeing the onboarding process for new hires, including compliance checks and HR orientation.
  • Assisting in the formulation and enhancement of HR policies and procedures.
  • Promoting employee engagement through social and wellbeing initiatives.
  • Contributing to regular and ad-hoc reporting for senior management.
  • Assisting in company communications, including newsletters and intranet updates.
  • Coordinating the management of the company vehicle fleet.
  • Supporting various regional and global HR projects and initiatives.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A flexible, organized, and methodical approach to work.
  • Experience in payroll processing.
  • Proficiency in French and/or German, along with knowledge of employment laws in these regions, is highly advantageous.
