In this role, you will oversee minor installations and reactive maintenance across various commercial contracts in the region. Working Hours:

Monday to Friday (40 hours per week)

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform maintenance on high-profile contracts, including hotels, fitness centers, restaurants, and office spaces.

  • Adhere to all relevant standards, policies, and procedures, ensuring safety protocols and maintaining a tidy work environment.

  • Conduct all planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and repairs on air conditioning units and air handling units (AHUs) as required.

  • Report any challenges faced during engineering tasks to the Engineering Supervisor/Manager.
  • Clearly specify any necessary parts for repairs.
  • Complete all record-keeping tasks on a daily basis.
Required Qualifications:
  • F-Gas Certification (Category 1) [Essential]
  • SVQ Level 3 in Air Conditioning
  • Valid Driving License
  • Experience in a similar role or environment
  • Strong knowledge of working as a mobile engineer in the local area
  • Proficient in computer applications including Word, Excel, email, and internet usage
  • Familiarity with SHEQ procedures, risk assessments, and work permits
