Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced dealer to join our team at Grosvenor Casino, Blackpool. As a skilled dealer, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service through live gaming experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Acknowledge and welcome customers, providing a warm and friendly welcome to the gaming floor.
  • Understand and explain the games, payouts, and benefits to customers, ensuring they have a clear understanding of the gaming experience.
  • Connect with first-time customers, providing a personalized experience and ensuring they feel valued and supported.
  • Follow guidance from the CADS and gaming supervisor to meet table demand and deliver exceptional service on the gaming floor.
  • Be aware of and prioritize safer gambling practices, identifying signs of problem gambling and informing a manager.

Requirements

  • A fantastic personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Holder of a PFL (Personal Licence) and a commitment to maintaining a high level of knowledge and expertise in gaming.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and bank holidays.
  • Applicants must be 18+ and have the right to work in the UK.
