We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Bar and Catering Team Member to join our team at Stadia. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome guests in a friendly and accommodating manner, making a positive first impression.
  • Take orders and serve food/drink, consistently achieving the required standards.
  • Learn and retain a comprehensive understanding of all menu items to ensure maximum benefit to the guest and the ability to work effectively.
  • Prepare the restaurant/bar for service and carry out any other reasonable requests made by the Bar & Catering Supervisor.
  • Present a positive personal image to the customer.
  • Ensure that a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness is maintained in the restaurant/bar areas by following cleaning routines as set by the Bar & Catering Supervisor.
  • Account for payments at the end of the shift.
  • To carry out any other reasonable requests made by the Bar & Catering Supervisor.
  • Ensure that all equipment in the bar and restaurant area is working safely and is compliant with manufacturer's guidelines for operation, reporting any concerns to the Bar & Catering Manager.
  • Ensure that the bar and restaurant areas are safe and report any concerns to the Safety & Compliance Officer or Bar & Catering Manager.
Requirements
  • Willingness to learn about Health and Safety.
  • Confidence in dealing with challenging situations in a calm and professional manner.
  • Passion for delivering great customer service.
  • Previous experience in a similar environment is preferred but not necessary.
