Key Responsibilities- Provide emotional support to families, helping them to build resilience and confidence.
- Develop and implement support plans to address the needs of families, including those related to attendance, behaviour, and emotional wellbeing.
- Work closely with teachers, social workers, and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to supporting families.
- Attend meetings and contacts with families, schools, and other agencies to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Contribute to the development of policies and procedures related to family support, ensuring they are evidence-based and effective.
Longdon Hall School is an independent specialist day school for boys and girls aged 7-18, catering for pupils with a wide range of social, emotional, and mental health needs. Our dedicated team works together to ensure successful outcomes for pupils who often arrive at the school with a troubled view of education and life.
