Job Summary:

Douglas Scott Legal Recruitment is seeking an experienced Housing Management Solicitor to join a national top-tier law firm in Leeds. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property litigation and be able to handle a caseload of complex cases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling a caseload of property litigation files, including possession claims, injunction claims, and cases involving the Equality Act 2010 and the Mental Capacity Act 2005.
  • Representing clients in court and providing expert advice on property law matters.
  • Working closely with the Partner to ensure the smooth operation of the department and to provide support and guidance to junior team members.

Requirements:

  • 1-4 years PQE with previous property litigation experience.
  • Strong knowledge of property law and litigation procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
