Position Title: Manufacturing Associate

Location: Haydock

Working Hours: 6am-2pm OR 2pm-10pm Monday-Friday OR 10pm-6am Sunday-Thursday

Compensation: £ p/h

***Immediate openings for both full-time and part-time manufacturing associate positions available.***

Compensation Structure:

£11.44 per hour (Applicable for all shifts and hours worked up to 39 hours)

£14.30 per hour (Applicable for all shifts and hours worked beyond 39 hours)


Note: We offer both full-time roles (5 days/week) and part-time roles where you can select your preferred days and shifts.

Responsibilities of the Manufacturing Associate:

• Packing food items including coffee, hot chocolate, and dry powdered beverages to meet quality standards.

• Conducting quality inspections.

• Palletizing and wrapping finished products.

• Labeling products accurately.

• Overseeing a segment of the production process.

• Adhering to all operational policies and procedures.

• Ensuring production meets the highest quality standards.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic. This position offers long-term stability within a cohesive team environment. Previous experience in production, manufacturing, warehouse, or packing roles is advantageous but not mandatory.
