We are seeking an experienced Assistant Site Manager / Site Engineer to join our team at RGB Recruitment. As a key member of our construction team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the successful delivery of projects across Devon and Cornwall.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Support: Assist the Site Manager in overseeing and delivering multiple projects up to £3m, ensuring timely completion, budget adherence, and high-quality standards.
  • Site Supervision: Provide administrative and technical support, including site supervision, coordination of subcontractors, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
  • Reporting and Communication: Assist in preparing and submitting project reports to the Site Manager and other stakeholders.
  • Technical Assistance: Provide technical support to the site team, including interpreting engineering drawings and specifications.
  • Method Statements and Risk Assessments: Assist in preparing method statements and risk assessments.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: Degree qualified in a relevant field or equivalent.
  • Certifications: SSSTS/ SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid at Work.
  • Driving License: Essential for travel between sites.
