Job Summary

We're seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team. As a Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in supporting individuals with varying needs, including Learning Disabilities, Down syndrome, and others. Your primary responsibility will be to provide personalized care and support, ensuring the safety and quality of life for our service users.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized support to service users, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with service users, their families, and other stakeholders.
