Private Client Solicitor Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and ambitious Private Client Solicitor to join our expanding Wills and Probate team. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our experienced Fee Earners to provide high-quality legal advice to private clients.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a Private Client Solicitor to showcase their expertise in a warm and supportive atmosphere. You will be responsible for drafting, preparing, and attesting Wills, applying for Statutory Wills, and advising on Trust and Tax matters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drafting and preparing Wills and other estate planning documents
  • Applying for Statutory Wills and Powers of Attorney
  • Advising on Trust and Tax matters, including inheritance tax planning
  • Representing clients in Court of Protection matters
  • Developing business relationships with clients and other professionals
