Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and deliver high-quality consultancy services to clients, ensuring compliance and best practices.
  • Conduct Health & Safety service visits and deliver tailored advice.
  • Investigate incidents, recommend preventive measures, and provide crisis management support.
  • Act as the primary Health & Safety advisor for clients, streamlining processes and enhancing safety measures.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, offering expert guidance on Health & Safety management systems.

Requirements:
  • Deep knowledge of Health & Safety regulations and best practices.
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships.

  • Attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and a proactive, process-driven mindset.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Degree or diploma-level qualified with minimum of GradIOSH/CERTIOSH, CMIOSH preferred.
