About the RoleWe are seeking experienced Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) teachers to join our team for a September start. The role offers flexibility, with opportunities for long-term placements, short-term contracts, or day-to-day supply work.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement personalized education plans to cater to the unique needs of each student.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters learning and personal growth.

- A deep commitment to improving the learning journeys of students with special needs, showing warmth, care, and patience in all interactions.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet diverse needs and to innovate in lesson planning and delivery.
- Strong skills in communicating effectively with students, colleagues, parents, and external agencies.
- A thorough understanding of safeguarding procedures, with all candidates subject to an enhanced DBS check.
