Regional Bank Registered Nurse

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our regional Bank team. As a Bank Registered Nurse, you will work across multiple Care Homes within a specified region, providing high-quality nursing care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support a team of care staff to deliver exceptional care to residents
  • Develop and implement well-structured care plans and risk assessments
  • Maintain accurate documentation and resident records
  • Oversee medicine management on your shift, adhering to company policies and legislation
  • Utilize your clinical skills to provide guidance and support to team members
  • Support, guide, teach, and mentor others in line with the NMC Code

Requirements:

  • Current NMC registration
  • Good knowledge of up-to-date clinical practices
  • Ability to travel to various Care Homes
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work various shifts
