Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the recruitment process, including obtaining references, issuing offer letters, and updating HR records.
  • Handle HR-related inquiries and provide courteous and efficient support to staff.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, including Disclosure and Barring checks and immigration control.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of staff employment history, disciplinary actions, and absence.
  • Coordinate the processing of contracts, working time directives, and other HR-related paperwork.
