Restaurant Operations Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to join the team at The Belfry Hotel & Resort as an Assistant Restaurant Manager. As a key member of the Food and Beverage Department, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional operational standards and maximizing revenue in the department.
Key Responsibilities- Coaching and developing a high-performing team to deliver excellent service and maximize revenue
- Reviewing weekly business performance to identify opportunities for improvement and driving revenue growth
- Managing compliance and stock control to agreed targets
- Identifying opportunities to drive profit and create value for guests
- Ensuring the team is informed, motivated, and developed to deliver operational excellence
We are looking for an experienced Food and Beverage Manager with a proven track record of success in a 4-star hotel environment. You will have outstanding leadership skills, a commitment to guest expectations, and personal integrity to develop trust within the team.
