Key Qualifications for the Lead Environmental Consultant:


- A minimum of 3 years' experience in environmental evaluation and advisory services for both residential and commercial projects, and/or relevant qualifications such as CEEQUAL, BREEAM, or Home Quality Mark.

- Proven project management skills, particularly in multi-disciplinary energy and environmental consultancy initiatives.

- Familiarity with CDM Regulations, the Building Safety Act, and other pertinent health and safety standards applicable to construction projects.


Primary Responsibilities of the Lead Environmental Consultant:
- Oversee the execution of environmental assessment initiatives.
- Leverage existing expertise to guide and mentor junior team members in project delivery.

- Manage and lead multi-disciplinary projects, addressing client requirements with a variety of innovative strategies and solutions.
