We are recruiting experienced LGV Cat C Day Drivers on behalf of a leading independent steel stockholder and supplier. Our client operates a depot in the South West region and requires drivers to transport finished goods to commercial, industrial, and manufacturing companies across the area.

Your main duties will be to drive a flat-bed vehicle and deliver goods safely and efficiently. You will need to secure the loads with dog and chain, ensuring they are properly strapped and tied down.

This is a temporary contract, and we are looking for drivers who can work between one and five shifts per week on a regular ongoing basis. Due to insurance restrictions, you must have held your Class 2 licence for at least 12 months and have relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive a flat-bed vehicle to deliver finished goods to commercial, industrial, and manufacturing companies
  • Secure loads with dog and chain, ensuring they are properly strapped and tied down
  • Work between one and five shifts per week on a regular ongoing basis
  • Hold a valid Class 2 licence for at least 12 months and have relevant experience
