Position Overview:

We are seeking a Lead Business Analyst to become part of our team, working in a hybrid model. This position entails analyzing, defining, and shaping strategic outcomes to implement changes that optimize business advantages and architectural reusability. The role also encompasses leadership and performance oversight of a team of analysts.

In your daily activities, you will collaborate with Transformation and business stakeholders to define and shape business solutions. You will engage with various individuals, both within and outside the organization, to assess and understand the implications of changes.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive business analysis with business, IT, and strategic partners on large and complex initiatives to identify, comprehend, challenge, and agree on requirements.
  • Advise on the most effective methods to achieve desired business outcomes through a variety of analytical tools and techniques, including process mapping, re-engineering, gap analysis, statistical/database analysis, and prototyping; providing clear recommendations based on thorough analysis of options.
  • Interpret legislative and regulatory modifications, evaluating their broader impact on business processes and designing solutions to ensure compliance with externally imposed deadlines.
  • Oversee the performance management of Business Analysts, facilitating their professional development and training needs.
  • Produce clear and engaging documentation, utilizing visuals and statistics to convey requirements, options, and feasibility to diverse stakeholders.
  • Support business acceptance testing activities, ensuring that Testing Strategies/Plans are appropriate and serving as a central point for any queries and issues arising from the Testing Team.

  • In-depth knowledge of Life and Pension products.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in various information/data presentation techniques.
  • Solid understanding of project methodologies and approaches.
  • Systematic, disciplined, and analytical problem-solving skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities, with the capacity to influence and negotiate with stakeholders at all levels.
