Role: Employment Advisor Multiple Locations

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Employment Advisor to join our team at Standguide. As a key member of our workforce development team, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals and employers across the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert guidance and support to clients to help them achieve their employment goals.
  • Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients' skills, strengths, and areas for development.
  • Develop and implement personalized employment plans to help clients secure employment or further education.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, employers, and other stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration and support.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new initiatives to continuously improve services.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in employment support, career guidance, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong understanding of the UK job market and labor laws.
