About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Mobile Fitter to join our team at Sunbelt Rentals Careers. As a Mobile Fitter, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing a wide range of plant equipment, providing an onsite service to customers across the Devon and Cornwall area.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need to have prior experience in maintaining plant equipment, excellent communication skills, and a customer-focused approach. You will also need to be flexible and self-motivated, with a willingness to embrace new training opportunities and work as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and repair plant equipment to a high standard
  • Provide an onsite service to customers, including finding and capturing machine damage and keeping accurate records
  • Communicate effectively with line managers and customers to ensure that all parties are informed
  • Work as part of a team to achieve business objectives
