Job Summary:
ABM UK is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Security Support Officer to join our team. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional security services to our clients across various locations in the region.
Main Responsibilities:
- Patrol and Monitor Sites: Conduct regular patrols of commercial and retail sites to ensure the safety and security of clients, employees, and visitors.
- CCTV Monitoring: Monitor CCTV systems to detect and prevent potential security threats.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to clients, employees, and visitors, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform administrative tasks, including report writing, daily occurrence logs, and other duties as required.
- Team Support: Provide support to on-site teams as directed by the Supervisor/Manager.
Requirements:
- SIA and CCTV Licenses: Hold a valid SIA and CCTV license.
- Driving License: Possess a full UK driving license and own vehicle.
- Experience: Have experience in customer service and security, preferably in a commercial or retail environment.
- Skills: Possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Education: Have a full five-year checkable employment/education history.
