About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and innovative HCPC registered Psychologist to join our team at bMindful Psychology. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering training, consultation, and direct work with children, young people, and their carers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver detailed assessments and formulations that inform therapeutic care and risk management for Looked After Children and Young People.
  • Provide support and advice to staff teams to develop an understanding of the impact of developmental trauma, how this translates into behavior, and how to work therapeutically with this group.
  • Support and advise teams across the region using your psychological expertise.
  • Support the delivery of tailored therapeutic training to upskill care staff.
Requirements
  • Proven multi-site experience in supporting teams to provide attachment-based trauma-informed care.
  • HCPC registration.

  • A competitive salary up to £65,000.00 per year.

Working Arrangements
  • 8 hour shift.
  • Day shift.
  • Flexitime.
