About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP FI CO Consultant to join our team at NTT DATA Business Solutions. As a key member of our consulting group, you will be responsible for delivering consulting solutions in the Finance area, specifically SAP FI, CO, and PS, against contractual and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver consulting solutions in the Finance area, specifically SAP FI, CO, and PS, against contractual and project requirements.
  • Advise and define SAP Finance solutions by helping to solve business and technical challenges.
  • Provide specialist subject matter expertise in line with the solution.
  • Take total ownership of delivering solutions and value to the customer by leading projects and project teams.
  • Deliver utilisation in line with targets.
  • Deliver against a resource plan which drives personal and company utilisation.
  • Identify further opportunities for revenue.
Requirements
  • Strong background in Finance and Accounting with a demonstrable technical expertise and experience across multiple and relevant SAP software products supporting the Finance function.
  • At least 6 years' experience delivering across the full life cycle of finance transformation programs, system optimization and enhancements, and full SAP implementation programs.
  • Professional Accounting qualification desirable.
  • Has a thirst for learning and staying on top of the evolving technology landscape.
  • Actively shares and transfers own expertise and operational knowledge in a structured method, thus making it useful and functional.
  • Proven and demonstrable track record of successfully delivering customer projects.
  • Strong interpersonal and soft skills, able to quickly develop relationships with all stakeholders; within NTT DATA locally and globally, external customers, suppliers, and partners to become a trusted advisor in your field of expertise.
  • Demonstrates gravitas and personal integrity, is able to overcome unforeseen situations, and keeps business objectives in mind.
  • Drives results, effects, convinces, and inspires by his/her personality, behaviour, and communication style.
Technical Requirements
  • Fully conversant with SAP Finance solutions, specifically:
  • FI – General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting, Travel Management, Funds Management, Legal Consolidation
  • CO – Cost Element Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Activity Based Costing, Internal orders, Product Cost Controlling, Profitability Analysis, Profit Center Accounting, Material Ledger, Actual Costing
  • PS – Project Structure, Time Scheduling, Cost Planning, Revenue Planning, Progress Analysis, Reporting
  • Good understanding of cross-module integration with other modules such as (MM, SD, PP, HR, and QM).
  • S4HANA exposure with S4Finance and Activate delivery methodology.
