Teaching Personnel is actively searching for motivated individuals to join a secondary educational institution in Birmingham. We offer both full-time and part-time positions, as well as day-to-day assignments, making the role of a Classroom Supervisor both rewarding and flexible.

As a Classroom Supervisor, you will have the chance to impact students' lives by overseeing and instructing pupils in Key Stages 3 and 4. With pre-prepared lesson plans at your disposal, you will enter the classroom ready to deliver engaging educational content, ensuring a high standard of learning.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Experience as a Classroom Supervisor is essential, although Qualified Teacher Status is not required.
  • Background in a school setting.
  • Genuine interest in student development and learning.
  • Compassionate and nurturing demeanor.
  • Strong behavior management skills and the confidence to address various classroom situations.

Your Responsibilities

  • Delivering pre-set lessons: Facilitate learning by adhering to lesson plans and fostering a productive classroom environment.
  • Maintaining Order: Manage classroom behavior to ensure a respectful and focused atmosphere.
  • Assisting with Queries: Support students by addressing questions and providing guidance.
  • Reporting: Document any issues or incidents and communicate them to the appropriate staff members.
  • Collaboration: Work alongside teaching staff and school leadership to ensure a seamless educational experience for students.

  • Eligibility to work in the UK or possession of appropriate overseas work documents.
