About the Role

Cuckoo is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Field Sales Representative to join our team. As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for engaging with customers in their homes, building relationships, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct door-to-door sales and customer engagement in residential areas
  • Collaborate with sales managers to develop and implement sales strategies
  • Identify and acquire new customers through negotiation and sales techniques
  • Deliver outstanding customer experience and product knowledge
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Utilize provided tools to manage customer data and sales pipelines
  • Build relationships with peers and stakeholders across the organization
Requirements
  • Motivated and driven to achieve sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Previous sales experience, preferably in the telecoms or utility sectors
  • Valid full UK driver's license and ability to pass a DBS check
