Job Title: Mixing Operative

Location: Nationwide

Salary: £13.44 an hour

Hours: Monday - Friday 1:30pm - 10pm

The Recruitment Co is seeking a skilled Mixing Operative to join our client's team on a temporary to permanent basis. As a key member of the production team, you will be responsible for carrying out a range of mixing activities, including operating equipment in accordance with safe systems of work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To ensure the efficient and safe operation of mixing equipment, adhering to all relevant health and safety protocols.
  • To maintain accurate records of production, including traceability sheets and KPIs.
  • To work closely with the production supervisors to identify and address any safety issues or concerns.
  • To participate in the development of new products and processes, working closely with the NPD team.
  • To maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all relevant hygiene standards.
  • To report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance requirements to the production supervisors.

Requirements:

  • IT literacy and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Understanding and experience of external audits and inspections.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
