Housekeeping Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at Soho Farmhouse. As a key member of our Housekeeping team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation protocol within our rooms and public areas.
Main Responsibilities- Lead the Housekeeping team in maintaining exceptional standards of cleanliness and sanitation
- Assign tasks and prepare daily work sheets for the Housekeeping team
- Support the completion of annual and mid-year team performance reviews
- Supervise daily Housekeeping shift operations and ensure compliance with all housekeeping policies and procedures
- Act as a liaison to coordinate the efforts of Housekeeping, Maintenance, Front Office, and Laundry
- Train, schedule, evaluate, discipline, motivate, and coach employees
- Regularly inspect fixtures, fittings, and appliances to ensure they meet required standards
We're looking for someone with up to 3-5 years' experience in housekeeping, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders. You should also have strong attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, and be fluent in English.
Working HoursVarying shift times across seven days, including evenings, weekends, opens, and closes. Average hours: 40 hours per week.
