An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled Physiotherapist to take on a leadership position within the Hounslow team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee a team of physiotherapists and support staff.
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Promote ongoing professional development and service enhancement.

Candidate Profile

Qualifications:

  • Registered Physiotherapist with relevant professional body
  • Specialized training in physiotherapy
  • Degree or equivalent professional qualification
  • Postgraduate education preferred

Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years working within community health settings
  • Experience in supervising healthcare professionals
  • Proven leadership capabilities
  • At least 2 years in relevant physiotherapy practice
  • Experience in managing teams

Knowledge:

  • Evidence-based practice in physiotherapy
  • Understanding of mental health in physical rehabilitation
  • Models of supervision in healthcare
  • Awareness of local safeguarding policies
  • Theoretical foundations of physiotherapy
  • Legislation regarding patient protection
  • Principles of clinical governance
