We are in search of a remarkable Senior Procurement Program Manager – Sourcing PMO to enhance our vibrant Programme Purchasing Team. This essential position will be based in our offices, offering the chance to collaborate with skilled professionals in the automotive sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee our sourcing strategy throughout the vehicle program
- Accountable for delivering metrics, KPIs, and updates during critical management evaluations
- Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders, including Engineering and Manufacturing teams
- Facilitate Business change management initiatives
- Foster cross-departmental business relationships
- Contribute to the pursuit of continuous improvement
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Supply Chain Management, or equivalent professional experience
- Proven experience in Direct purchasing/Program purchasing
- Strong project management and stakeholder engagement capabilities
- Background in the automotive industry
