Job Opportunity: Business Teacher
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Teacher to join our team at Wayman Group. As a Business Teacher, you will be responsible for teaching Business to GCSE and A-Level students, providing a high-quality learning experience that meets the needs of all pupils.
About the Role
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a highly successful Business department, providing inspirational teaching and personalized support to students who are able and thrive on challenge. The department provides a supportive and inclusive learning environment, with high expectations and a focus on achieving outstanding results.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach Business to GCSE and A-Level students, developing and delivering engaging lesson plans that meet the needs of all pupils.
- Provide personalized support to students, identifying areas of strength and weakness and developing strategies to improve performance.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching and learning strategies.
Requirements
- A Business Degree or relevant subject.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Experience of teaching Business to KS3/4 students.
Salary and Benefits
The salary for this Business Teacher position will be paid to scale on a contract to scale MPS/UPS.
