Seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our team at Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited. As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for configuring Vendor Management Systems, particularly Fieldglass expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure Vendor Management Systems to meet business requirements
  • Lead the data migration work stream, including collecting, analysing, and validating data from different sources
  • Develop technical plans for system configuration and data migration
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and requirements
  • Provide technical expertise to support system configuration and data migration

Requirements:

  • Proven experience working as a Business Analyst
  • Proven expertise in configuring Vendor Management Systems, (Fieldglass preferred)
  • Experience of executing the configuration of the system
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel, including data queries on large data sets
  • Understanding of MS Project and MS Visio

Nice to Have:

  • Flexibility to start on-site
  • Immediate availability
  • Specific expertise working on Fieldglass
